Merger between Dagens Næringsliv and DN Nye Medier

The companies Dagens Næringsliv and DN Nye Medier (publisher of DN.no) will merge into one company. The legal merger is expected to take place before September 2013. The operations of the two companies are already significantly integrated and the merger will not have any major practical implications. This is however a milestone in the development of DN and signals the increasing necessity to look across paper and digital publishing for a modern newspaper organization.
