Total revenues for the group were NOK 280.5 million in the third quarter 2023 vs NOK 271.4 million in the third quarter 2022.

• Total revenues for the group were NOK 284.0 million in the second quarter 2023 vs NOK 269.9 million in the second quarter 2022.
• Revenues for the media segment were 2.3 per cent higher than in 2022. The growth was predominantly driven by currency impacts on sales in foreign currencies. The growth in digital subscription revenues

Several of the business units in NHST Media Group had a positive development of new digital products and services, but the Covid-19 pandemic and related uncertainty in the Norwegian and international economy continued to characterise the group’s results in the third quarter.

Group revenues decreased by 3 % to MNOK 392.3 in the first quarter of the year. First-quarter revenues were affected by the Easter week falling in March this year instead of in April in 2012. The operating result and EBITDA declined as well, ending with an operating loss of MNOK 7.3 and EBITDA of MNOK 1.9 respectively.
NHST Media Group has today signed an agreement to purchase an additional 1,723,960 shares in Mynewsdesk AB, amounting to 30.52% of the total share capital of the company. After this NHST Media Group has an ownership share of 87.02% in Mynewsdesk AB. An offer is outstanding on the remaining shares in the company.
